WWE RAW Opener:
RAW opened up with DX on the screen and Triple H said this public service announcement is brought to you by your friends at D-Generation X. We then go into a video package looking at their shenanigans over the past few weeks.
In the arena:
The music of D-Generation X hit in the arena as Shawn Michaels and Triple H made their way to the ring to a monster pop from the live crowd tonight in San Antonio. Jim Ross and Jerry Lawler welcomed us to the show. Michaels grabbed a mic as his hometown fans chanted “DX”. Triple H said to hold on a second and asked Shawn if they were supposed to wear the new shirts? Michaels said yes, and they are available at souvenir stands all over the building. Triple H said he is wearing the original shirt and it’s on sale at stands all over the building as well! Michaels said that you can get all your DX merchandise at stands all over the building or at WWEShop.com! Triple H said “easy Miz”, because Michaels stuttered. Triple H said McMahon is in a bad mood tonight. Michaels said McMahon is on edge, and rumor has it that they have something to do with it. Triple H wondered what they had done to make McMahon mad, and asked the crowd if they had done wrong by Vince McMahon. Triple H asked if they should stop doing the things they are doing to Vince. Michaels said McMahon is really angry at us, and him and his son Shane want us right here and right now. Triple H called Shawn, Shane, and said it was live TV and to give him a break. He said no one wants to see Vince and Shane fight DX right here in Shawn’s hometown. The crowd popped. Triple H said to hold on a second and maybe he’s wrong. Maybe the people would be interested in seeing it. Triple H said maybe they should make a match with the two of them against DX tonight in this very ring. Michaels said it’s official. Triple H asked if they can do that. Michaels said of course they can, who is going to stop them…Mr. McMahon’s music then hit in the arena as he made his way to the stage with his son Shane. DX acted like they were scared. McMahon said last time he checked, the two of them were a bunch of juvenile delinquents. The last time he checked, those two don’t run things around here. McMahon said he is sick and tired of watching them make fools of them every week. McMahon said it’s not about what the fans want; it’s about what the McMahon’s want. As far as the challenge is concerned, he has two words for us…Shane O Mac. McMahon said tonight in that very ring, Shawn Michaels goes one on one with his son Shane. Shane looked apprehensive as the fans chanted for HBK. Shane yelled for the fans to shut up and said as far as Shawn’s impression of him a few weeks ago, his impression sucked. He said he is not a teenage on crack and has more talent than the two of them together. Shane said he’s going to up the steaks and said that Shawn can have Triple H in his corner, and Shane will have Vince in his corner. Shane said all these fans will not only remember the Alamo, they will also remember that Shane O Mac defeated their hometown boy, 1-2-3.

John Cena will take on the undefeated Umaga tonight, and we go to some highlights of Umaga’s path of destruction through the WWE. That’s coming up tonight folks.
Number One Contender Match
Referee: Chad Patton
Carlito vs. Shelton Benjamin
Todd Grisham is in the ring and he’s ring announcer tonight, and I think he took a sip out Miz’s Kool Aid because he said this is a Number One Contender Match for the Cruiserweight Title. It’s actually a contender match for the Intercontinental Title between Carlito and Shelton Benjamin, both former champions in their own right.
The start:
The two locked up and Benjamin grabbed a side headlock and took Carlito down to the mat for a quick two count. Benjamin with an arm drag into another pinning combination for two. Carlito comes back with an eye poke and a rollup for two. Carlito again gets a rollup for two and then Carlito hit some left hands in the corner. Carlito with a back flip in the corner but ran into a savant kick for a near fall.
Mid-match notes:
Benjamin locked in a rear chin lock as the fans got behind Carlito. Carlito fought out with shots to the mid section and then Benjamin missed a clothesline but scored with a flapjack for two. Benjamin nailed some right hands and then choked away at Carlito before going back to the rear chin lock. The fans again got behind Carlito as he elbowed out and sent Benjamin to the ropes and hit a kick to the gut and then a knee lift.
The Finish:
Carlito nailed a knockdown and a springboard back elbow for a near fall. Carlito missed a boot and then Benjamin missed the dragon whip. Benjamin blocked a back cracker, and then Benjamin got a rollup and reached for the ropes but Carlito reversed into a rollup of his own and grabbed the ropes for the win!

Trish Stratus and Torrie Wilson vs. Victoria and Mickie James
The music of Candice Michelle is playing in the arena, and she will referee this next match as Trish Stratus and Torrie Wilson will team up to take on Victoria and WWE Women’s Champion Mickie James.
The start:
Torrie and Mickie kicked things off. Torrie with a go behind and then a body slam and then Victoria got involved which brought Trish in, but it distracted Candice enough for Mickie to gain control. Torrie had a tight skimpy green underwear on revealing her bare ass crack. We have 19 photos at the bottom link. Victoria tagged in and kicked Torrie in the gut and then slammed her head first into the mat. Victoria nailed a scoop slam and then stood on the mid section of Torrie. Victoria went for the standing moonsault but Torrie got her knees up. Torrie made the tag to Trish who nailed a series of forearms and chops on Victoria.
The Finish:
Trish went for the Thesz press but Victoria caught her and drove her to the corner. Victoria and Mickie went for a double team but Trish hit the Thesz on Victoria and hit some right hands. Torrie and Mickie brawled to the outside. Trish hit a modified Stratusfaction and then went for the Stratusphere in the corner on Victoria but Mickie broke it up. Candice nailed Mickie and Victoria went to nail Candice but she ducked and then Trish nailed the Stratusfaction on Victoria for the win.
Winners - Trish Stratus and Torrie Wilson

Umaga and Armando Alejandro Estrada are backstage with Maria. Armando said for everyone to listen to him. He said John Cena’s career has been in a downward spiral since he lost the WWE Title, and it’s going to continue later tonight. Maria asked if this was Umaga’s biggest match in his career. Armando said to ask him herself. Maria asked Umaga and he stared at her as Armando said that the wrecking ball comes down on Cena later tonight courtesy of the Samoan Bulldozer, Umaga! Umaga then yelled in his native tongue as we go to commercial.
