In an abridged revival of its past “post-PPV articles,” WWE.com features interviews with the winners of the WWE No Mercy matches. Highlights are below:
- Animal put over the fact that both Heidenreich and Christy have the special qualities necessary to be part of the Legion of Doom.
- Bobby Lashley, who has his sights set on the World Championship, trains every single day to keep himself in shape.
- Theodore Long put over Ken Kennedy and challenged Eric Bischoff to continue the RAW-SD feud.
- After talking about the Japanese roots of the Crippler Crossface, Chris Benoit took a shot at Ultimate Warrior by saying that he only respects wrestlers who have respect for the profession.
- Mr. Kennedy, who does vocal exercises to warm up his voice for the ring introductions, feels that he can beat each and every member of the SmackDown! roster.
- JBL put himself over as a great American; he also put over Jillian Hall’s contributions to his success.
- Upon opening the casket, it was revealed that The Undertaker was not inside.
- Juventud put over his title win as a dream come true.
- After calling Eddie Guerrero back to the ring for a birthday celebration, Batista remarked that although he’s learned not to trust anybody, he is presently on good terms with Guerrero. He once again put over Triple H.
