July 29, 2008 - For a few years now, the wrestling game business has been a one company show, but Midway will change all of that this September when the men and women from TNA elbow drop their way onto your favorite console. However, it's been hard to get a good look at TNA iMPACT!. IGNers have played the game at events, but we've never had the chance to just sit down and tear this game apart.
Thankfully, TNA-Listers is going to fix that and bring you along for the ride. iMPACT! is now in the office, and we're going to show you every wrestler and every finisher while giving you a little tidbit of how the day's brawler played. Look for updates every day this week, and then look for Monday-Wednesday-Friday features with a few surprises.
Ring the damn bell.

Tomko scares me.
Maybe it's the tattoos, maybe it's the crazy goatee, maybe it's the ripped physique -- but something about this guy makes me want to run in the other direction.
Of course, that's in real life when Tomko's beating in his opponent's skull. In TNA iMPACT!, I wasn't all that impressed with the big bald guy. Here's this hulking, tatted-up dude, and all his regular grapples are atomic drops and hip tosses. Even strong grapples just end with a collar bone-hurting move or toss.
Meh. Not too impressive, Mr. Tomko.
What is cool is his gorilla press finisher, but I don't think it's cool enough to save him from becoming one of the guys you never use.
